Parking is available free adjacent to Suffield Middle School. After you've parked and are ready to register, or to pick up your bib, please proceed to the front entrance of the Suffield Middle School and look for a large white tent.

Registration for the 5K run and walk is $25
Registration for the 10K run is $30
T-shirts for the first 200 registrants are free. Additional shirts will be available for $10. Water and refreshments are free.
Pre-registration is preferred.
This event will include a 5K run/walk (3.1 miles) and a 10K run (6.2 miles)
It will start at Suffield Middle School, Mountain Road, then onto Hill Street [out-and-back format].
Hilly Miles, with water stops, mile markers, rural scenery, and maybe a cow or two.
Guests are welcome.
5K 1st place age brackets for both male and female:
Up to 20 / 21-35 / 36-50 / 51- over
10K 1st place age brackets for both male and female:
Up to 20 / 21-35 / 36-50 / 51- over
All first place winners receive fifty [$50] cash prize.
1st place overall male and female winners of 5K & 10K will receive an additional award.
Timed race with results posted by irunct.com. There will be water available before, during, and after the race. Refreshments will be available after the run.
